Day Trip to York
A written account of how the trip was organised and fared.

Halton Foyer gained Accredited foyer status from the Foyer Federation in 2001. As a short-term accommodation provider we have the capacity to provide for up to 69 rooms, predominantly for young people age between 16-25.

Our residents can enjoy the practical support offered by our Foyer Support Team which is in place to provide a quality service based on a provision to ensure that the residents of Halton YMCA are given a chance and purpose to succeed into independent living. Residents are encouraged to be self-sufficient in their accommodation. This will lead to successful Independent living at a later stage of their lives. The team can offer advice and support on housing matters, training, education and employment.
